At Texpert Collective, we're committed to delivering premium tools with the same care and precision that goes into designing them. Below you'll find information about our shipping process, delivery timelines, returns, and exchanges.

Shipping Information

We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

During new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you have not received tracking information within three business days of placing your order, please contact us.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in your purchase price.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

Texpert Collective is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you're not happy with your order, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In resalable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Used hair tools

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an eligible product, please contact our support team before returning your item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Process

To begin a return:

  2. Include your order number.

  3. Tell us the reason for your return.

  4. Our team will provide return instructions.

  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection after we receive your return.

  • 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty Claims

If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • A description of the issue

We'll review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale, distributor, and bulk purchases may have different shipping and return policies.
